RENTAL SPACE AVAILABLE

​Bradford United Church offers rental opportunities for many functions.

Our Irene Turner Hall is 30x35 feet (1050 sq ft) with an adjacent kitchen.

Our Sanctuary is available for musical events or presentations. It seats 200 people.

Our Board Room is suitable for meetings of up to 20 people.

​The Lower Level is a 1475 sq. ft bright, open space suitable for various functions.

FOOD BANK

HOW TO DONATE TO THE FOOD BANK

The Bradford Helping Hand Food Bank is pleased to say that they are now set up to accept e-transfers. Donations can be sent to us via this email:

If you choose to donate this way and would like a tax receipt, please include your name

and address, including postal code, and we would be happy to mail you a receipt.


​Thank you to our wonderfully generous friends in town. We have received your calls, emails and Facebook messages asking how to donate and we are extremely grateful!


Bradford United Church is a supporter of our local Helping Hand Food Bank. We have a roster of volunteers that work at the Food Bank on a regular basis and we also make donations of food items.

The Helping Hand Food Bank is in need of the following items:

Juice boxes and 1L juice

Canned meat - salmon and sardines

Cereal

Canned fruit

Cookies

Peanut butter

​School Snacks - granola bars, pudding cups and fruit cups

The "extras" that are appreciated are ketchup, barbecue sauce and salad dressings as well as baby wipes and size 6 diapers.


NOTICE FROM THE FOOD BANK

We purchase eggs in new cartons, and therefore do not need used egg cartons.

Thank you very much for your generosity to the Food Bank and its clients.

The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe of Simcoe County Bradford care provider support group meets every third Tuesday of the month from 10:00 - 11:30 am.

Meetings will resume October 18th.

THE OUTREACH COMMITTEE OF BRADFORD UNITED CHURCH


The Outreach Committee supports Make-A-Wish Canada, the Bradford Food Bank, and the Children's Aid Society, Bradford branch.


Our church supports many community organizations by providing a place for them to meet. The organizations using our Church building are Alcoholics Anonymous, the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County and the Girl Guides.
